Our standard MOQ depends on the product category. Generally, for phone cases, it is 50-100 units per model/color. For cables and power banks, the MOQ typically ranges from 500 to 1,000 units for custom branding (OEM). For stock items, smaller MOQs are available. Please contact us for specific requirements.

2. Do you provide OEM/ODM services?

Yes, we are a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer. We can customize products with your logo, packaging, and even develop unique product designs based on your specifications. Our in-house R&D team in Shenzhen can help turn your concepts into reality.

3. What is the typical lead time for production?

For stock items, we can ship within 3-5 business days. For OEM orders, the typical production lead time is 15-25 days depending on the order quantity and customization complexity.

4. How do you ensure product quality?

We implement a strict multi-stage quality control process, including incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC), and final pre-shipment inspection (FQC). All our power banks and cables meet international safety standards such as CE, FCC, and RoHS.

5. What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer various shipping solutions including Air Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx), Air Freight, and Sea Freight. We also specialize in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses and private addresses, handling all customs clearance and duties for you.

6. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We encourage sampling to verify quality. Sample costs are usually refundable upon your first bulk order. Please contact our sales team to request a sample pack.
